GLOBAL DAY this Tuesday!
Your fellow Heriot- Watt students have organised an international fair which will have cultural performances, art and SO MUCH FOOD! Our Dubai campus hosts an annual “Ethnic Day” where students and staff enjoy food, music and art from around the world- now our own ambitious International Students Group have organised this celebration for our own campus.
There will be many stalls filled with information and activities, maps, photos, and games- America shall have non-alcoholic beer pong, the Arab countries shall have performances and Arabic calligraphy, there will be henna art, China shall have Chinese word art and so much more!
Countries being represented so far: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Malaysia, Hong Kong, UK, Scotland, USA, the Bahamas, UAE, Egypt, Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Bangladesh, Trinidad, Bahrain, Iraq, Libya, Algeria, Italy, France, and China!
