You might have noticed over the summer that we have refreshed our website.
One of the new sections you'll notice as you scroll along is Change Things.
And within
What is the new Campaigns page?
- It's a new page that lets you see what national and local campaigns are coming up and how you can get involved with them.
For example there's a National Demonstration against the marketisation of education coming up on 19 November in London. We're planning buses down with the other Edinburgh universities. Drop us a Facebook message or e-mail union.president@hw.ac.uk if you want to get involved with it. - You can share your campaign ideas with us and we'll help you to get it up and running. We can also post your campaign ideas and help you get other students involved with starting it.
- You can also see what campaigns we're running such as Mental Health Awareness week or our campaign to get more study space on campus. Plus we'll use our page to tell you about all the things we've been getting done for you.
So get involved, and change things with your Student Union.
